Processing Time
Orders are packed fresh and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed. We don't hold pre-packed stock — your pack is filled only after you order, which is part of why the aroma stays intact.
Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India, depending on your location and courier serviceability.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹799. Orders below this amount will show a shipping charge at checkout.

Bulk & Trade Orders
Bulk and business orders placed through our Trade enquiry are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation, subject to volume and requirements discussed with our team.
